 The California Association of Realtors (CAR) released a new set of guidelines on Friday March 20, 2020, after the Governor’s “Stay-at-home” order stated that “Realtors® should cease doing all face-to-face marketing or sales activities, including showings, listing appointments, open houses and property inspections.  For the time being all showings are done virtually.

I have purchased new equipment to be able to provide 3D Virtual Tours for property listings. This is the only way we as Realtor's can market properties during the Covid19 Shelter In Place Order. I am excited to try this new technology and approach to listings for my clients and I'm in the process of marketing two properties right now. I am embracing this change!
